For sale Triumph TR6 carburettor version in British Racing Green with a black leather interior with red piping. This TR6 was built on November 20, 1968, in the first production year of the TR6. This is car number 1.570 that left the production line in 1968. On December 12, 1968, this TR6 was shipped from Queens Docks in Cardiff by the vessel “Mosdale” to the British Leyland importer in Los Angeles California USA. The stamped chassis number, engine number and body number correspond to the numbers on the Heritage certificate.
This TR6 has been body-off restored in the late 90s and the last owner bought the Triumph from Lex Classics in 2008 and has driven about 10.000 km in the last 12 years, there is a comprehensive milage administration available.
This TR6 is very well maintained and between 2017 and 2019 the Triumph specialist, Red Baron Garage carried out the following work; overhauled rear wheel bearings, J-type overdrive mounted, front suspension rebuilt with PU rubbers and mounting of PU rubbers at differential. All invoices are available in our salesmap, this TR is very well documented.
